What makes ActivityDaysDirect unique is that we offer pay-per-click
advertising and a sophisticated (but simple to use) online
admin system which gives YOU complete control over your activity
details, supplier details, links and click costs.
With no set up fees this means you can quickly
add your activity details to our range with no financial risk.
How does it work ?
All activity days appear in our categories in 'bid' order.
You decide how much to bid, so the higher the bid the higher your
activity appears in your chosen category. There is a minimum bid
price of 20p.
Whenever a visitor clicks through to your website
we charge your account with the full bid price. Whenever a visitor
views one of your activity details pages, we charge 25% of the bid
price.
Visitors can access your website directly
from the Category and Activity Detail pages, so if you advertise
a 30 minute flying lesson for £80 and bid 20p, it is
possible you could make a sale with one click (i.e. a total
cost of 20p). In our experience it takes more than one click
to produce a sale on average, but it all depends on the activity
price, quality of information provided and the ability of
your website to convert sales after the customer has been
passed your way.
You can monitor your click costs daily and
each month you will receive an invoice stating the total click
costs accrued during that month. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard,
Delta, Solo, Switch/Maestro, electronic bank transfer or cheque.
Payment must be received within 14 days of the invoice date
or you risk your adverts being suspended. This can easily
be avoided by providing us with credit card details for automated
payment each month. You can state your payment preference
in the Supplier Admin system and we will contact you for payment
details.
Step by Step Guide
- Create your account.
- You will be sent an activation email - click on the link
provided in the email to activate your account and log in.
- Create your first activity advert and set your 'bid' price
- Repeat Step 3 for every activity you would like featured
- We aim to review your adverts within 1 working day. Once
approved, your adverts will appear in your selected categories
and on our MonsterActivityDays and BlokesOnly websites in
relevent categories.
We may amend or reject adverts at our discretion,
but our aim is to help you promote your activity days and
services as professionally and cost effectively as possible.
What we ask of you
Provide detailed information about each activity day you
offer.
Provide a good quality image for each activity day (ideally
200x200 pixels and in JPEG format).
Provide a 'deep link' directly to your website activity detail page.
Pay your accrued advertising fees promptly at the end of each month.

Product Datafeeds for Activity Information:
Adding a large range of activity days to our admin
system, simple though it is to use, is a time consuming task.
Suppliers with a large range of activity days (e.g. more than
10) may prefer to provide their activity information in Excel
spreadsheet format. We provide a spreadsheet ready to be filled
in. Please contact us if you would like to take up this option.
