30 minutes Microlight Flight - £59
What happens on the day?
On arrival and registration, you will receive a warm welcome and a cuppa. A short briefing and a video presentation will be made. You will be introduced to the microlight aircraft and then taken flying. You will be invited to take control of the microlight and do some manoeuvering in the air and perhaps to make the approach and land the aircraft.
You may purchase a video or a still photograph in colour as a mememto of your aerial adventures.

How long does it last?
Allow 1 hour at the airfield with about 30 minutes in the air.
Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are welcome. Children must be kept under control and dogs must be on leashes at all times. This is an active airfield and all rules and regulations must be obeyed by all visitors.
What should I wear?
Wear warm and comfortable fitting clothes. We will provide, where applicable, flying suits, gloves, etc.
Avoid wearing high heeled shoes and large builders boots or walking boots as they may be caught in the controls systems.
Restrictions
Minimum age 14. Maximum body weight 100 kg. (14 stones) You must be fit to fly with no heart disease or epilepsy or any other condition that may endanger your safety or ours.
Is this activity weather dependent?
All microlight flying is weather dependent and you must call us 48 hours in advance as well as on the day of the flight to check the weather conditions. If unsuitable, we will rebook your flight.
Is this activity suitable for groups?
Yes
Group Details
We can accomodate a group of up to 10 persons to fly per day.
Other Information
All flying is done by fully qualified flying instructors approved by the UK CAA. This flight will count towards your private pilots licence course if you decide to continue your flight training.
